Effective Date: January 1, 2026 - Abilene Insulation Company (insulationabilene.com)
By accessing or using the website at insulationabilene.com, or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving insulation services from Abilene Insulation Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or engage our services.
Abilene Insulation Company provides residential and commercial insulation installation services in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas in West and Central Texas. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, blown-in insulation, batt and roll insulation, attic insulation, and related air sealing work.
All services are subject to a written estimate or service agreement executed between the company and the customer prior to the commencement of work. The scope of work, materials, and pricing stated in the written estimate constitute the binding agreement for each specific project. Verbal representations not included in a written agreement are not binding on either party.
Free estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices in an estimate are based on the site conditions observed at the time of the estimate. If site conditions change materially before or during the project (including discovery of existing damage, inaccessible areas, or pre-existing conditions that were not visible at the time of the estimate), we will notify you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
Final pricing is confirmed in the written service agreement. We do not perform work beyond the agreed scope without authorization from the customer.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas of your property where work is to be performed. This includes ensuring that utilities are accessible, that the work area is reasonably clear, and that any household members or occupants are aware of the work schedule.
If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and cannot access the work area through no fault of our own, we reserve the right to charge a trip fee. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.
Payment terms are stated in the written service agreement for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods are listed in your service agreement.
Unpaid balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or decline future services for customers with outstanding balances.
Abilene Insulation Company warrants the workmanship of its insulation installations for 1 year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation caused by our work, including improper coverage, gaps, or settling attributable to our installation technique.
This warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the 1-year warranty period. We will inspect the reported issue and, if it is covered under this warranty, correct it at no charge within a reasonable timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Texas law, Abilene Insulation Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from services performed or from use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of energy savings, lost profits, or property damage not directly caused by our work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Taylor County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative forum.
